Each month I sit down with a parent from around the world who has something to share. This month I had an incredible conversation with Paulina Young - a single mom who has gone through all the feelings that divorce brings and come out on the other side.
Here she shares her journey, how she supported her kids and how after 5 years is now a counselor helping parents who are looking for guidance during this massive life change.
Her advise was incredible for everyone. If you are in the process of a break up or would like to know how to support friends who are going through something similar now, then this will be a fantastic video to watch.
